From contact form to about, return/exchange policies, sale, offers customer care numbers, payment methods everything should be the part of home page of an e-commerce websites.

Indeed there are innumerable products that an online store can put up to let the users buy but then if you put them in a random manner, it will be difficult for the visitor to find one s(he) is looking for.
